Nathan coached the men’s 4 x100 Free relay team, anchored by speedy Mark (who also went under 27.50 in the 50 Free), into second place.

Leo’s swimming was similarly spicy, knocking 6, 3 & 1 secs off his 50 Back, Fly & Free entry times.

My newly critiqued Backstroke helped me drop 14 secs in the 200IM (thanks coaches), but it wasn’t enough to hold off Bogdan, who beat me by over 5 secs.

The ladies stole the show with Annabelle winning her age group in all 3 of her endurance swims (400Free, 400IM AND 800Free) and Katie knocking off an impressive 13 & 2 secs in her 50 back & 50fly entry times.

Collectively the six of us amassed 404 points for the club MSABC trophy competition.
